Milada Polišenská

Milada Polišenská is a Czech professor and researcher specialized in history of diplomacy and international relations, and modern and contemporary history of Central and Eastern Europe. Currently she works in Prague as Provost of the Anglo-American University.

Apart from being a Senior Research Fellow in the Institute of International Relations in Prague and in the Czech Academy of Sciences, she was a Fulbright Scholar at George Washington University in 1992, in 1995 she was named a Woodrow Wilson Fellow in the Cold War International History Project in Washington, D.C., and in 2013 she was appointed Fernand Braudel Senior Fellow at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
